"I stayed at this hotel last January and had a great experience. This time when I returned in June to attend AmericasMart gift market, I did not have the same great experience. The staff members at the front desk were not as professional and courteous as the ones before. The breakfast was not as appetizing (plus it closes at 9:30 instead of 10:00). We were given a handicapped-accesible room which I did not request which meant that the sink was out in the bedroom. Plus the room had a long mirror that was hanging precariously on the wall to one side, there were patches in the wallpaper and visible areas where the paint had been patched. There was some hair and a roach in the fridge and the room was only cleaned 1 night of the 3, so we had to go ask for clean towels. I come to market in Atlanta twice a year and I had hoped I had found our "go-to" hotel. I think I will be looking elsewhere."

"The room was great, the bed was comfortable. For most of our stay the hallway outside our room on floor 10 had a really strong marijuana odor. Also the parking fee is egregious. $65 per day so be aware of that. Also the pool area was foul. For almost $400 per night after all the fees I expected better from a Marriott Westin property. Staff was super helpful though, couldn’t say enough nice things about them."
