The room, especially bathroom could use a good deep clean. The corners of floor and shower were a little dirty. The hotel is lovely and comfortable- great location. Glad we do not have to use valet parking, although I was surprised at the parking fee for self park.

New build out of the Old historic Lubbock Hotel building on Broadway! So easy and convenient to come and go, free parking plentiful and the LBK brewery in the lobby. The house was perfect for our needs. We had 8 people and there was plenty of space. Karen was so accommodating - leaving snacks and bringing over air mattresses when we needed one. She was very responsive and helpful in providing information on the area. We would stay there again!
