"The hotel is midway between the two Mayo Clinic centers 5 and 12 miles. Very large and comfortable suite at a very reasonable price. When my workup ended a day early, they allowed me to cancel the last day without penalty. Would definitely go back here again in future. Also, no hidden spa fee as in most other resorts. "

"in the throes of remodeling, the entrance is hidden on the side.....we had to call the front desk to figure out where it is!! the room are a bed a chair a desk a shower bath...you do have a coffee maker and a fridge too..ample closet space and drawer room..this is a stripped down place to hang your hat - and the price reflects that!! the continental breakfast sufficed...the staff is outstanding!!! for no other reason than how professional and helpful each one who sat at the front desk was, and so were the cleaning people!! we will be back...."

"We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It truly had everything we could have needed and more, from plenty of towels and blankets to all the everyday necessities that make a stay easy and stress-free. The hosts were fantastic to work with: very friendly, quick to respond, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!"

"Paul was very responsive and always quick with communication before, during and after our stay. When we were missing amenities at the start of our stay, he immediately sent someone over.With 7 bdrms and 2 sofa beds, our large family was able to spread out and not feel as if anyone was crowded. The weather was great during our visit so we were incredibly thankful for all the outdoor seating and umbrellas. It was a very thoughtful touch to have all the equipment for tennis, basketball, pickleball, putting green and even a football to throw around.There were activities for every age.It was easy to keep kids entertained at this house and the switching between the pool and jacuzzi heat got easier to figure out after the first day. We had an inoperative dishwasher and beverage cooler (in 1 of the dining rooms) during our stay but there is a large pantry and we had access to a fridge/ freezer in the garage as well as the main one in the kitchen and another in the casita, making food and drink storage easy for a large group. We were pleasantly surprised to have a 2nd washer and dryer for use over in the casita as well. The house is located on a very busy street but having the gated driveway for easier entrace and exit was very helpful and assured us of safety for the children.The house is a little worn down and some of the mattress are just OK but we found it to be a great value for the size of home and the available amenities.I recommend this for a large multi-aged group."
