I know the fine print on the Expedia checkout reminds the purchaser that there can be other fees at the hotel, but we haven't experienced that until this hotel, and the extra fees here were almost $100 over what I agreed to on Expedia. If I had know that beforehand I would have paid that additional money for a chain hotel we're familiar with and haven't had this issue with before. Next time. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was good. The hotel is doing a good job refurbishing the place though the elevator is still in need of work and some of the exterior doors didn't always latch. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner but nothing so bad that I would complain really. As did many other guests, we wished there were protein and hot options at breakfast. It was just cereal, pastries, and fruit.

Hotel is pretty outdated needs to be remodelled very loud I was by elevators so I could hear people going in and out even though I wanted some quiet room I would not stay in this hotel again

Even though there is still construction being performed at the property, the staff was pleasant, room was nice and it was a quite area. It was convenient to where I needed to be and I also never felt unsafe.

Decent for the cost

Beds were comfortable service was fine the breakfast was not good. I know it’s a co to entail breakfast but no protein available. Not even peanut butter. Ended up just getting my own breakfast because it wasn’t worth it. The kids like the donuts though so there’s that

Save your money, look elsewhere.

This is a 2* hotel at best. The pictures shown do not depict the reality. Free breakfast was watered down coffee, green(really green) bananas and stale bagels. Beds way too soft, made it hard to sleep. I could hear all the road noise, other rooms close by noise and airplanes flying over every couple of minutes, elevator shook and rattled, so i used the stairs. I'm so glad it was only 1 night. Front desk staff were very nice though.
