"Convenient to the Convention Center and the historic area. We asked for a quiet room and we were told it was a quiet room AND an upgrade. We inspected the room and it was on the traffic side and noisy! So we had to change rooms. The room was a downgrade but at least it was quiet. Small fridge helped. ..."

"For the cost of the hotel, we were pretty disappointed. We expected better service throughout the weekend I had called 3x to confirm that a crib will be in our room upon our arrival as we were going to be there close to our son’s bedtime. I called to confirm on our way to the hotel as well, and they ..."

Omni Providence Hotel
"Convenient to the Convention Center and the historic area. We asked for a quiet room and we were told it was a quiet room AND an upgrade. We inspected the room and it was on the traffic side and noisy! So we had to change rooms. The room was a downgrade but at least it was quiet. Small fridge helped. The amenities were replenished sporadically. No “Do not disturb” signs. Furniture was a little frayed and dirty. The cafe looked so nice but the food was bad. We subsisted on a grab and go cafe in the second floor foyer. They were under a lot of pressure with severely bad weather, college graduations, high school proms and weddings. The place was packed, wet and wild."
