Very easy and pleasant check in and check out process. Valet guys were great as well. Rooms were extremely clean. Food at the restaurant was great. They did seem somewhat short staffed which made service somewhat lacking.

The room was nice. the breakfast excellent...way beyond what you usually get as a free breakfast at a hotel. The staff was courteous and I appreciated that there was a free shuttle to and from the convention center that was clean, prompt and with a personable driver.
