Staff can be a little friendlier. The lights in our room wasn’t working, they didn’t do anything to accommodate us or make the situation better. When I addressed the issue, it was like “Who cares!” Basically. They never greet when you walk in (maybe because I addressed a few things). But over all the staff & amenities could’ve been better.

i got into the room and the bed was fine but it seemed like they didn’t clean the floors because there were clothing tags from the previous guest i guess, and the shampoo and conditioner bottle were nearly empty.

Great affordable stay, the only thing was that I was unclear about how daily housekeeping worked. They were always trying to come in even when I had a do not disturb sign on the door, and on the mornings when I wasn't there and there was no dnd sign, I thought I'd come back to fresh bedding but it didn't happen once during my entire stay. It could be because of a misunderstanding on my part, but it was a bit confusing.
