"The room overlooked the beach. We were given two queen beds instead of a booked King bed.
The curtains were hanging off the rail. The cleaner did not take away used towels, replenish toilet rolls, replenish empty shampoo or body wash.
The whole room needed a paint refurbish. Indoor and out.
Adult pool was great. Great pool staff, and very clean. Beach view was great. This quite frankly along with the butler service made the vacation. But not everyone can afford to upgrade.
Staff friendly some more than others. Adult only pool staff awesome, some restaurant staff more than others gave excellent customer service. Little things that matter for example, bringing a saucer for a cup, topping up tea and coffee without being asked, use of side plates.
The butler service was amazing (Altitude only) very customer service orientated. Very attentive to needs and willing to give advice plus make themself available in times of uncertainty or need.
Very impressed with that service. "
