Room was as should be. Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance the first day we were there. I booked this hotel because of the pool and spa. An email should have been sent to guests prior to the stay with notification so guests could choose to stay elsewhere.

Had to go next door to family member’s room to call. Had to go from two queens to one king with sleeper sofa. The “comp” we received was signing us up for reward points and they gave us 2000 in bonus points. This won’t be beneficial as this was our first stay in a Drury and likely our last. "
