Not clean

Smell was pretty bad when walking through the entry doors. However, the smell was due to others recreational use. Hairs in the shower from previous occupants. Just overall not very clean. Conveniently located to the convention center but I’d suggest just going next door or down the road.

Very dirty, not well kept! Carpet was torn and dirty. Looks like the owners are living there and not really keeping up to the franchise standards! While I was getting a waffle a dog walked up and was looking for a hand out. The desk saw this and didn’t say a word. Like no DOGS where we serve food. Ice machine down but running all night and no ICE

This pet-friendly hotel is the best value for the money if you’re planning, like I did, to attend an Expo at the Convention Center. This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed there for the Let’s Go Fishing Show and we’ll be staying again in 2026.

The check-in staff was phenomenal! So helpful and courteous. We stayed here last year for the Lets Go Fishing Show and returned for same show this year. Will definitely be staying here again!
