"The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and cozy. The location of the hotel is ideal as it’s quiet and not right along one of the main roads in town. While there are a few parking spots right beside the hotel, there is also a larger lot right across the street."

"We have stayed at Sea Edge on and off for 15 years - the location just can't be beat - beach, sunset, cruise ships, ocean, boardwalk, park, sandcastle competition, bands in park, fireworks, BBQ's, Tuesday street market, ice cream truck, wood fired pizza truck, etc. - even free mini golf. The recent renovations were overdue, and are very comfortable and well designed - great look and feel. Ground floor rooms opening to the ocean front grounds are the best choice, although they do come with "noise" from the suite over. Perhaps the thing we love the most is how social Sea Edge is - everyone is friendly and chatty and hospitable, and many have been staying there for over 25 years. The new community room with indoor and outdoor lounge and dining, spaces, big screen tv, games, putting, fireplaces, pool table, bbq's, etc. adds to this social ambience (if you so choose). There is even a great coffee machine with free hot chocolate through to espresso - which saves the 10 minute drive the Starbucks. We miss the connection / history with the previous owner / family, but the new operators are superb - very friendly, very accommodating, very helpful, very hospitable - they are young, but "on point". We love Sea Edge, and as my daughter says - "i like the vibe". We can't wait to return. Hint - it is cheaper to book on Expedia then direct."
