The check out clerk in the morning refused to give me a receipt. He told me he could not do it and that he would have to get his manager to do it for him. What kind of nonsense is that? It sounds more like a scam or something along those lines. Or it sounds like pure laziness.

I ordered the suite just for jacuzzi tub and Jacuzzi tub was broken, fentanyl was on bathroom floor. Tried to call office, and landline was in room but not connected, as though it was a nostalgic art piece to the room, no actual value to it, no possible way of hooking up either.
