The high-quality semi-detached holiday homes are furnished in a modern and friendly style. From the combined living and dining area you can reach the terrace, where you can enjoy the marvellous sunshine of Usedom. On cold days, you can warm up in the Finnish sauna and then cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove.
The first bedroom has a cosy double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Children can make themselves comfortable on the sofa bed in the living area.
A free landline telephone connection is available in the holiday home.
Germany's second largest island offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches and plenty of unspoilt nature. Here you are surrounded by an extensive nature reserve with many animal and plant species and will find peace and relaxation as well as many leisure activities for the whole family.
The fishing village of Kamminke with its small harbour, bathing beach and leisure and cultural activities is approx. 4 km away. The Achterland is a very interesting region due to its many sights and numerous lakes.
The small airport of Usedom is close to the holiday village. Here you can watch an aeroplane take off or land about once a day. Depending on the season and departure airport, you can even arrive comfortably by plane, as the airport is only a few hundred metres away from your holiday home.

Schöne Unterkunft mit schöner Landschaft
Das Haus hatte alles, was man benötigt. Es war gepflegt, sauber mit einem Tick schöner sein können, aber das ist nicht ganz so wichtig.
Von diesem Punkt aus konnten wir wunderbare Fahrradtouren starten.
Sehr Zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gemütliche Atmosphäre in der gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung.
Ein Mangel sind allerdings die viel zu weichen Matratzen, die nicht sehr rückenfreundlich sind.
Ansonsten war alles o.k.

Im großen und ganzen eine schöne Unterkunft
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet [ausser einen Fön]es sollten halt ggf.auch mal die mängellisten abgearbeitet werden,,,und für Kleinkinder kein hochstuhl oder ein reisebett bereitzustellen ist nicht gerade sehr schön trotz vorheriger erfragen.
Man ist vom Auto abhängig bei dieser Unterkunft-nächste Größere Stadt ist 8 km entfernt.Zur Angabe bei der Unterkunft (200 m zum Wasser)ist nett formuliert man kann es sich anschauen mehr auch nicht ,da das Wasser nicht erreichbar ist durch steile abhänge und Meter hohes Unkraut und keine ersichtliche bade Möglichkeit.Ein Kritik Punkt noch-es gibt kein Spielplatz auf dem Gelände was sehr schade war da unseren Aufenthalt sehr viel Familien mit Kindern anwesend waren. Aber ich will nichts schlecht reden wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub.
