"Great family place to stay "

"When booking do your research. Timeshare trap that takes advantage of folks who want to give their family a “resort” vacation without breaking the bank. No shuttles to parks, access to waterpark means you have the option to buy tickets for $25/person to an overcrowded public waterpark thats on site. Our room was newly renovated but still had ants and all water smells like sewage. Also, per our timeshare sales rep, the room is basically a showboat to get people to sign up to be an owner. Regular guests walking in, get the outdated rooms. So, false advertising. When they say “60-90 minutes” know the presentation is about 3.5 hours long. They use aggressive high pressure sales tactics which made myself, someone who expressed having sensory problems, extremely difficult. Even after stating we were not interested, and that it was difficult for me to be in a room that loud, the representatives were extremely rude. Making condescending remarks and kept pushing as if having a coupon to another part of their scam was worth the poor treatment. Teenagers ding dong ditching throughout the night. Waited until 230am to get extra blankets the first night. 2 days to get our belongings out of the broken safety box. 3 hours for towels. And check your receipts! We were charged 70 dollars for two drinks and then told we could only be refunded for the drinks and not the tip. Mind you, we never even got the drinks. All in all, will never go back or visit another property of theirs. "

"Bathroom was not cleaned as I found someone else's hair on the floor. Also, the line to get checked in for the main pool was absurd. They need to come out with a better system to track who enters the main pool. "

"Lacks many amenities for the price . No playgrounds for kids long walk to big pools and no private space outside . Many other options available for less money and nicer .!!!"

"Room was clean. Food at Sid’s, Mexican spot and kids arcade were good. We were put in the very last row of the resort (vvc) and it was terribly far form everything!!!! The closest 2 pools were gross. Chairs at pool gross. Basketball court by us broken. Food and marketplace closed at 7. Nothing opened til 12 noon to eat. Our room (vvc 11-b) itself was ok. No toaster. Light in bathroom falling. Had to call because air broke twice. You share a hallway with the unit Nextdoor like an apartment complex so don’t have expectations for noisiness. We only had 1 roach… I’m not complaining about that because it’s Florida and bugs live everywhere. You can call the front office for a ride in a golf cart to the main hall! If you have more than 5 you need to wait (10-15 min) for another cart. No i wouldnt go back. The place itself It’s about 20/25 min from everything. "
