We booked this property for one night before checking into our Disney hotel. The reviews were good and it included free breakfast and parking which is a plus in the Disney area. We arrived later in the evening and had a room on a higher floor. We immediately checked the bed as there have been so many reports (even at Disney) about bed bugs. So glad we checked! There was a bug in plain site on the bed. We quickly backed out and asked for another room. The staff member was very accommodating and immediately upgraded us to a suite on the main level across from the lobby. We also checked this room and it was free from bed bugs. As I noted we only stayed for one night which I’m thankful for as I didn’t sleep well given the worry about bugs. We did get breakfast the next morning (be sure to have your meal tickets with you) and it was good. We won’t be back but did appreciate the quick change of room when requested.

It was quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had several options (fruit, yogurt, muffins, eggs & sausage, etc.) which was nice. The pool heat wasn't on all the time, so the first time we got in the pool expecting warm water and it was cool. Also there was a section of the 2nd floor walkway that had give to it when you stepped on it. Overall, a positive experience.

Upgraded, clean and comfortable room. Quiet stay and friendly staff. Located near shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the breakfast selections and 24-hour coffee station. The outer area around the pool had some rotting wood and fading paint. This spoiled the view around the pool.

Room itself was fine. A little small. Sink area fine. Bathroom small,run down. Water pressure in shower super low had to hold diverter up for 5-7 seconds to get water coming thru shower head. Ran for five minutes but water finally got just warm enough to shower; but not hot at all.

We walked in the hotel and the lady at the front desk was fabulous! Got in our room and it smelled clean. The only 3 complaints I have is when we checked in and gave the $100 deposit we were told that once we check out it will be released immediately. However when we checked out we were told it would be held for 7-10 business days. I feel like that is a bit excessive, I can understand a day to make sure the room wasn't damaged but 7-10 days is a long time to wait. The other issue is the bathroom, the vent in the bathroom was smaller than the hole in the ceiling, the toilet barely had enough water to properly flush, tiles were cracked and held together with a screw or just filled with caulk. The door had a bunch of screws holding it together as well. The only other thing is I wish the TV was a smart TV so that we could watch Netflix or Hulu instead of what is on cable.
