The house is nicely furnished, with plenty of light in the interior and thanks to the elevated position extends a wonderful panoramic sea view. On fenced and well-kept property, Villa Ruk offers to the guests the following amenities: swimming pool of 40 sqm, a whirlpool, summer kitchen with covered terrace for outside dining, two parking spaces and a children's playground.



Holiday house with swimming pool with a total living area of 135 sqm on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, all in one room and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.
