Excellent apartment with a beautiful view
We- my husband, our daughter and I stayed 3 nights at this wonderful holiday apartment. It is very well kitted out , is very cozy and has a panoramic view of the fields and forests . Frau and Herr Grossmann are very helpful and friendly.Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would certainly recommend it !!

Schwarzwald-Schwaben
Villingen-Schwenningen liegt quasi auf der Grenze zwischen dem badischen Schwarzwald und Schwaben. Man ist in einer halben Stunde im Hochschwarzwald und in einer Stunde am Bodensee. In 2 Minuten ist man in der süßen Altstadt von Villingen. Empfehlung: Abendessen im Sudhaus Die Grossmanns sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Die schöne Dachgeschosswohnung ist gut isoliert. Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig.

Sehr entspannt.Die Wohnung selbst ist im ersten Stock.Man hat viel Platz mit gut ausgestatteter Küche Waschmaschine im Bad kleines Esszimmer gegenüber der Küche Es standen zwei Schlafzimmer, und Wohnbereich zur Verfügung Die Wohnung und das Umfeld wirkte sehr gepflegt und die Eigner waren sehr dezent zurückhaltend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 10 min mit dem Auto Lothar Jäkle∋kolaus Hocke

Wir sind keine regelmäßigen FeWo Nutzer, deshalb nur eingeschränkte Vergleiche. Alles da, sauber ordentlich, tolle Lage und Aussicht, Vermieter freundlich. Preisniveau im Verhältnis zur Einrichtung aber zu hoch.

Die Vermieter waren außerordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Bad, Wohnzimmer, Kinderzimmer und Küche waren komplett ausgestattet und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen! LG. MATTHIAS

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft sauber, geschmackvoll mit allen erforderlichen Utensilien ausgestattet. Die Größe der Wohnung ist selbst für vier Personen noch großzügig und komfortabel. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen ländlichen Umgebung. Sie ist also richtig zum Entspannen und Erholen geeignet. Was verbessert werden könnte wären verschieden aktuelle Informationen zu Restaurants (Adresse, Öffnungszeit und Telefon) unterschiedlicher Kategorien in der näheren Umgebung sowie auch derartige Informationen z. B. von Ärzten. Diese Informationen könnten in Papierform in der Unterkunft vorliegen, sodass sie leicht bei Bedarf ergänzt und aktualisiert werden könnten.
