The staff were very helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection and the coffee particularly good. Being in the centre of town made our visits to sights, restaurants and shopping very easy.

Nice stay
Clean room and comfortable sleep . The room wasn’t ready even though we arrived an hour after checkin began. The room was uncomfortably hot although it was 40+ degrees outside. Welcome drink was a nice touch and very welcome !

Arrived during the Spanish holiday season. Hotel was full. Our room was clean and had a lovely view over Toledo. Pool was closed as off season but imagine it would be fun over the summer. Ok for a night or two. Please add a kettle in the room.

Extremely dirty and the beds had bugs. Couldn’t sleep the whole night from the noise and the smell of the hotel. Smells like sewer. Towels were not clean. Bath room was dirty and the room is extremely small. Worst experience ever.
