Wish we had come earlier in the season. We came in the fall and missed the weather to enjoy eating a meal on the deck. Beautiful view that included 4 lakes! Very comfortable and clean ‘home away from home’. Recommend it as a couple or family place to stay.

We enjoyed a great long weekend at the suite. Everything was ready for our arrival and our hosts were very helpful. The suite is located perfectly whether you want to spend time in Silverstar, in Vernon or down at the lakeside.

A View From Above

Lorne and Lindsay have a fabulous space in Vernon. Their attention to detail has everything you require plus more at this beautiful suite. We were in town for a family Celebration of Life and their place was a peaceful oasis to come home to. Gorgeous views will greet you along with a couple of friendly retrievers if you're lucky. We highly recommend booking the Guthrie's space for your accommodation needs in Vernon and area. Hoping to come back for some vacay time soon. Cheers

The property was beautiful. The host was friendly and accommodating.

Sadly the location showed much closer to where our retreat was so it added an hour onto each day. Other than that it provides everything we needed including the most spectacular view. I highly recommend if you are looking to hang in Vernon area!
