Apartamento muito bom, limpo, localização boa, no centro, perto de farmácia, mercado, shopping, restaurantes, aquário, vc pode ir a pé. Fora as prais maravilhosas da região! O proprietário é atencioso, muito educado, o que vc precisar pode falar com ele que ele te responde e te dá todo suporte. Super recomendo!!!

Espaçoso, organizado e com ótima localização

O apartamento é espaçoso, bem organizado, limpo e sua localização privilegiada permite deixar o carro na garagem para passear pela orla do Itaguá/Iperoig, onde fica o Aquário, Projeto Tamar, feira de artesanato, Shopping e vários restaurantes. O Douglas (proprietário) foi muito claro nas informações e também muito atencioso. Espero voltar na próxima oportunidade e recomento a todos!
