Book a hotel near Tokyo Fire Museum, Shinjuku

"Would definitely stay here again! Excellent customer service and bigger rooms! Pros: Great place to stay. Room size is big for Japan. Daily housekeeping. Very comfortable pillows and beds! Lots of storage. Paid washing machines and dryers available for use. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee and water in lobby. They can weigh your luggage upon checkout too. Less than 5 minute walk to closet station Shinjuku-gyoemmae. Shinjuku station is about 15 minute walk. Hotel in less crowded area away from main Shinjuku. Small 7/11 store close by. Cons: This is just my personal taste but the breakfast is very average. Food is cooked and delivered in the morning as there is no kitchen available so you cant request any changes. Even though there is a selection of cereal, toast, yoghurt, fruit, salad, sausages, salmon, ect it is not very good. The eggs are runny and not cooked enough for my liking. The grilled salmon smells fishy that it turns you off eating the food in the same container. Lots of vegetarian options and not a lot meat options. But you don’t need to buy the breakfast and you can eat something else down the road. So this is not really a deal breaker. Also there is no fan in the bathroom so you need to keep the door open so it’s not foggy. Also you can hear ambulances and police go by at night time, but if you’ve walked around all day and are really tired you will sleep straight through and not hear it. An excellent stay. More pros than cons! Great stay!"

"The hotel is about a 6 minute walk from Yotsuya station which then connects to the Shinjuku or Tokyo stations so it's a great place to stay to be out of the city while still having easy access to the subway. The staff were always very kind and helpful, and we appreciated the complimentary water to refresh us after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was a nice way to experience a Japanese style breakfast and the staff were good about keeping the food well stocked. Check-in and out were simple and easy, and the staff always greeted us when we came in and wished us a good day when we left. Great hotel to stay in! Thanks for all your hard work!!"

"The rooms are spacious and you can get your towels and rubbish cleared easily by using a magnetic tab on your day to alert cleaning staff. The room was a good size we stopped in and had views of the city. It’s in a great spot within easy walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and even Shinjuku is very walkable … It could’ve been cleaner but look overall I was very pleased with the hotel an the room we had. "
