Front desk staff and chambermaids were superlative. The suite was a great use of space. The regular rooms seemed cramped like the bottom of a cruiseship. The front desk was especially helpful with umbrellas and getting taxis to get around. The location was a short walk to the subway to travel to local neighborhoods (Ginza,Shibuya Tower, Tokyo Station, temples and shrines). Breakfast buffet and rooftop bar was available.

Good spot.

Brief stay but very nice. Bed was comfortable and staff spoke English very well , even enough to make light conversation. Nice greenery and patio in front of space made for nice environment.

Bed is SO FIRM. I found it very uncomfortable and hurt my back but firm beds are supposedly a part of the culture. The front desk did provide me with an extra blanket to help with cushion - did not help. No bed bugs. Very small tv. Blackout curtains worked AMAZING which was so nice for the jet leg. The hotel is located in the middle of a district that is always alive but it never felt noisy when trying to sleep! There was lots of places to walk to - eat and entertain wise.

The hotel is ok- the room is too small for the price- no closet only 1-2 hangers. The room so small that when u need to open ur luggage u have to put it on the bed. The TV have 3 or 4 channels and all in Japanese no movies channels. Either have news or talk show.

For the price, the location was inconvenient (not close to transportation) and very sketchy, and the rooms were small and dark. The area had bars, brothels, and trashy streets. Walking at night felt unsafe compared to other parts of Tokyo.
