"My husband and I were there at the end of September for two nights. We had booked tickets for Universal Studios, and Warner Brothers Studios. We loved that this hotel had their own shuttle to Universal Studios, it saved us from walking and was very convenient. They do have a Starbucks in their hotel making it easy for us to grab a coffee and breakfast sandwich to go. They have a nice pool, however, we just didn't have time to enjoy it. My husband did use their gym, and he said they had everything he needed to have a good workout. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. On check out day, we needed to store our luggage so that we could go to Warner Bros. in the morning making it convenient and easy for us and giving us peace of mind that our luggage would be safe. All in all, it was a nice clean place to stay."

"Everything was ok. However the bed was just ok and the pillows deflate too much and the outside noise was a little loud, not enough noise isolation. Other than that, whole room looked renovated and was very nice. Great staff as well"
