"We loved our March stay! The oceanfront room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were incredibly soft, and the room setup with a king and two twins worked perfectly for our family. The food was amazing — you could really tell they took time to make quality meals. The only downside was that the lines could get a little long at times, but that seemed to be because everything was made fresh. The ocean was absolutely beautiful and calm so perfect with kids. Pools were not over crowded! It was a bit windy during our stay, but overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Make sure you pack snorkel gear or googles to see all the beautiful fish. "

"I would rate our stay at this property as good overall. Our room was very nice and directly faced the Caribbean. Food was excellent and staff very friendly and accommodating. However we did experience some problems. Checkin was supposed to be at 4 but they didn’t have our room ready until 5:30. Then when we went to our room someone else was already in it. The resort comped us a spending voucher for this but it was not a great start after traveling all day. Other issues were with tv remote that didn’t work properly even after we complained and lack of wash cloths after the first day. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Kontiki Beach Resort. The rooms are beautiful and our view was fantastic. We especially loved the little private plunge pool on the deck — it made the stay feel extra special. The beach area is very lively with great restaurants, beach clubs, and plenty of shopping nearby, so there is always something to do. Just be prepared for loud music on Wednesday nights due to the beach club events, but aside from that it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back."

"We really totally enjoyed the property everything was perfect. We did not use the spa. The only drawback is that it’s a little far from the city. Ps I did have a trouble getting answer back from my requests. We had friends that were staying at the property and I was trying to be closer to their rooms, but I never did get an answer back. So we ended up at the far side of where they were. It would’ve been nice to get an answer quicker. I am a travel agent. I didn’t like your property so I’ll definitely recommend it. Thank you. "
