"There was mold on the windows. Breakfast was not included, paid for parking. Did not know any of this was prior to booking. The staff knocked on our door constantly starting at 7am - 11am, we were not planning on checking out till later. Staff was in our rooms when we were gone did not know we had to specify for that as well. We were not really comfortable with our stuff being moved while we were gone. And really noisy neighbors slamming doors at 2am."

The staff is friendly—and most importantly, I arrived two hours before check-in time and was able to access my room without any issues.
