This cozy 1-bedroom Queen suite with a pull out couch offers a perfect stay in the heart of downtown, just steps from the Convention Center. Ideally located near the College for Nurses, it’s perfect for professionals and students alike. Enjoy easy access to the scenic Centennial Trail and the river, ideal for walks or cycling. With a central location, you’ll be close to dining, shopping, and entertainment, making it an ideal base for both work and leisure.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we require a brief background check. Guests can opt for a $500 refundable security deposit fee (+$15 transaction fee) or $35 non refundable waiver before providing check-in instructions. This simple process involves filling out a short form, which helps us maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

I was impressed by how well kept it was and you had no problem with random people walking in the building or coming in and out. Also I was able to cook a meal and warm up a meal after dinning out. I will be making that a place to go when in need a place to stay in Spokane. And I will also let my friends and family know about this spot.
