"The property overall was good. However, the hot tub was out of service."

"Room was clean but small. Nothing special about this hotel to be honest, especially not to warrant a $425 a night price tag. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world of better quality for almost half the price. The building is a little run down (marked carpets, stained stairwells, flaking paint and decaying wood on outside). The room itself was nice enough, with comfy beds and simple amenities (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, small fridge, hairdryer) but for the price should have been wildly more elevated. Little swimming pool and hot tub looked nice, the restaurant/bar was also small and cute. I took one star off for the simplicity and lack of upkeep outside and another for the wildly inflated price gouge for what is, ostensibly, just a very average hotel."

"I would not stay here again. The grounds were beautiful, but they put an additional charge on my card without consent and without me running up any additional charges. I'm in the process of disputing that right now, but not worth my time to deal with a dishonest vacay stay."
