The apartment of 50m2 is in the center of the beautiful Maresme coastal town of Sant Pol de Mar in front of the beach only 5min from the train station, 55km from Girona and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is distributed on the ground floor with a patio equipped with outdoor furniture. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two guests in the living room. There is a full bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, L'Or coffee machine, fans, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
