"Helpful and friendly staff, fun facilities (yes, you really do need swings in the entrance!) Small but perfectly formed rooms. Lots of space to work or relax around the hotel, fantastic selection for breakfast, great rooftop bar and pool. Easy walking distance into the town centre and main station, and the tram stop just outside takes you directly to the airport in about 25 min."

"We absolutely adored this stunning hotel in the heart of Florence and couldn’t have been better looked after by the team throughout our stay. From the moment you walk through the door to the thoughtful evening turndown service, every detail has been carefully considered. The rooms are stylish, the bathrooms are modern and beautifully designed, and everything felt light and airy despite the Italian summer heat. The bar and terrace are gorgeous and the perfect place to relax with a drink. Service was a little slow at times, but we quickly realised that’s simply the pace of life in Florence. Don’t be afraid to ask, the staff are more than happy to help. Everyone was warm, friendly and always available when we needed anything, even via WhatsApp. A genuine 10/10 stay. We’d happily return."

"Really cute and beautiful room and hotel overall, with artistic design and nice amenities. The lobby is really beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is also at the heart of the downtown at the historic center; making everything a walking distance. However, certain items in our room didn't work properly. For example the the toilet flush took extremely long to refill, and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable."
