Its proximity to points of interest such as Condado, Old San Juan and Santurce, its amazing view towards the Lagoon of Condado & The San Juan Marine with its adjacent area makes our unit unbeatable. It is Walking distance to Condado, Miramar and Distrito T Mobile; newest & best center of entertainment in the island and a short drive away from Old San Juan. Unit is very accesible for Uber, Taxis and Scooters.
Our unit is on a 20th floor on Caribbean Sea View Condominium. Unit consist of a Murphy bed queen size gel mattress, sofa cama queen size gel mattress when it is used as a bed, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, wifi, one parking spot, plus other amenities that guest may need. Our unit was designed for guest best satisfaction, since comfort of the beds to all the amenities needed for a vacation with adventure, night life and relaxation.

Our stay was great.
We came from States on acred eye and Edgar was an awesome host who help us at 1;30-2am! We were very appreciating his hospitality. I would recommend staying here again.

Great studio apartment for the price
Overall, enjoyed our stay and the apartment was quite nice, the view being the best part. While the building was older, it always had a security guard and felt safe. Great location in San Juan, you can walk to a couple gyms and many restaurants, plus there’s rentable lime/e scooters nearby you can download the app and use. Really close to old San Juan, across the street from t-mobile district and other nightlife areas. Great two weeks spent here, enjoyed our stay.
