What a better place to stay with pool & were you can walk at the end of the street and have the beach, Playa Azul.

This studio is ideal and strategic location to discover the rest of the east side of the island.

Luquillo offer to the visitors variety of activities such as hiking, snorkeling, diving, fishing, boat charters, horse rides, waterfalls, beautiful beaches, and panoramic vistas.

Also the East side is home to el Yunque, the only subtropical rainforest in US.

This studio within minutes from our national rainforest El Yunque, where you can discover all the flora, fauna and our beautiful waterfalls. The famous Kiosks, are 3 minutes away were you can try our traditional food. Surfing beaches near by and 20 minutes away from the Fajardo Ferry to our beautiful islands Vieques & Culebra. Also a varieties of local restaurants and more.
Other things to note
To stay in this location I recommend renting a car or private transportation company, since there are not many accessible 'Uber Drivers' in this area. I can recommend a transportation company.

The property's electrical service is connected and depends exclusively on the local company that provides this service in Puerto Rico. Therefore, electrical interruptions are not under our control. If there is any interruption in the service, please notify us as soon as possible. However, this event will not result in the cancellation of the reservation and / or any type of refund.

Great studio by the beach

Nice place for hanging out after exploring Luquillo. Playa Azul is behind the studio, about three blocks. A very quick drive, 5 minutes, to El balneario Monserrate and the kioskos. You can also go to la plaza del pueblo on the other side. It's an easy drive to El Yunque. The place is cozy and clean with everything you need to prepare a meal, clean up and get a good sleep. The pool access is a plus too. My family enjoyed it. We definitely recommend it!

Roaches

The property was just as it was pictured. I arrived at 4 am the instructions given by the host were great. He sent me a pin and also agreed to give me a late checkout. The only thing that ruined my stay was roaches. Not an infestation but 1 is too many when your paying to stay somewhere. I woke up with a couple in the bed with me and running across the headboard. There was also a water leak from the air conditioner. I climbed out of bed the first morning to a puddle of water. So I’m working on my quick getaway killing roaches and mopping the floor. I notified the host and he apologized and said he knew about the leak before I checked in and still let me come. There were towels on the floor trying to catch the water but water was under the bed. The host said he wasn’t aware of the roaches and would send a exterminator asap. I was gone and don’t know if he did or not. I was on edge for the rest of my stay. I wish I would have just left booked somewhere else. It was last minute and I didn’t have a backup plan. I would never stay here again

People in the area are really kind and helpful. Everything is conveniently at walking distance. The property manager, Melvin, is always attentive if there’s an issue and tries to resolve it as quickly as possible. Overall a really amazing place to stay at to enjoy and explore Puerto Rico!

Tout est bien mais manque un four ou air fryer. Nous avons aviser le propriétaire et il en a pris note. A suivre. Environnement de la piscine pas comme sur les photos . La plage pres du condo pas vraiment belle mais marche a votre droite sur la plage depasser la pointe c est super.
