It is situated in the top row of the exclusive urbanization Meloneras-Hill and offers undistorted views over Maspalomas, the dunes down to the sea.

The suny south of the Island offers to you 340 sunny days per year and the average temperature at noon is between 21 and 27 degrees.

Explore the Island with a hired car, go out fishing or visit exciting diving locations and golf courses. Or join the sportsmen that are coming here for biking, swimming and jogging.

The villa is looked after by a poolboy and gardener who comes once a week. The maid comes every 4 days to clean up the bathrooms and will change towels. Linen changed weekly.

Lovely stay in Maspalomas

The property is perfect perfect perfect for a family of 8 to 10 people. Immaculate and very well equipped, would come stay here again in a heartbeat. Lisa the manager was excellent. Very prompt and proactive and constantly in touch. Nothing could have been better, all age groups loved it♥️

Quiet Location

Clean compact villa in upmarket residential area. Great outdoor eating/sunbathing area. Supermarket 2 min drive, short taxi/drive in to Maspolomas where along the sea front, where your find some great restaurants! Max very helpful! Thanks!

Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit meinen Schwiegereltern, meinem Schwager und seiner Freundin und meiner Schwägerin dort. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gut aufgeteilt, so dass man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann, wenn man das möchte. Die Betten waren super bequem und die Zimmer sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet, so dass man sich super selbst versorgen kann. Auf der Terrasse gibt es auch einen Grill, den wir ein paar Mal benutzt haben. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb von Maspalomas, aber man kann alles schnell (ca. 7 Minuten) mit dem Auto erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut und alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ett riktigt rymligt hus

Ett perfekt hus när ni är många. Vi var 8 st vuxna och det var inte trångt. Huset var bra rustat med husgeråd. Fastighetsskötaren hjälpte till när vi undrade över något.

Perfect!

The villa was even better than the pictures describe. Great rooms, great bathrooms and great common areas. We had a great time in the villa and everything we needed during our stay was included. We hired a chef and she was very happy with the kitchen and all the equipment that belonged to it. We could choose from several furnished outdoor areas around the villa. The pool was heated to 26 degrees. We can highly recommend the villa and not least the contact with the landlord. We got good recommendations from him on restaurants in the area, and if there was anything else we were wondering, he helped us quickly. We'll be back.

Schöne Ferien

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr ruhig, gute Lage, mehr als ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Die Kinder waren begeistert und hatten eine gute Zeit. Für uns hat es auch gepasst. Die Reinigungskräfte für Haus und Pool halten alles in Ordnung, und Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat den Überblick. Die Agentur hat auf unsere Rückmeldungen umgehend reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful newly built villa with everything you could want for your holiday! Nice sized heated pool. Very good locations considering view, privacy and sunlight. Not far from the beaches and the boulevard with plenty of restaurants. Supermarket close by. Probably the villa with the highest standard we have stayed in. Looks even better in real life than on pictures. Would recommend to anyone!

A wonderful stay!

We had a week at Villa Trespalomas, it really was wonderful. Beautiful house, well built and maintained. Stunning views and all the amenities one could need. Communication with our host was easy and any questions we had was answered swiftly. We shall return soon!

Schönes Haus und sehr zuvorkommender Service des Vermieters

Wir waren mit unserer Familie einige Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Der Vermieter war sehr kulant mit einem early check in, sowie tollen Wein als Willkommensgeschenk im Kühlschrank. Wir können dieses gepflegte und schöne Haus für ruhige erholsame Tage sehr empfehlen. Ein Mietwagen würde ich empfehlen, da der Weg zum Strand zu Fuß etwas weiter ist.
