Elegant holiday house with good pressure in the shower and comfy sunbeds. Four bedrooms for two people each, with private bathroom. what else could you need?I can tell you a few things:

I built this house myself and I took care of all the details for you. When I retire, I will move in. That's why it has a relaxing space, a wide kitchen ( I love to cook there) and a reading/working space with good wifi. I am nothing without my netflix on holidays.

When you arrive, I will welcome you and guide you through the house. The hot tub has it's tricks and I will be happy to tell you which bottons to push to get the best bubles. Im Katy, by the way. Nice to meet you.

THE POOL IS CLIMATIZED ( HEATED) IN APRIL ,MAY, JUNE, OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER.IT`S QUITE BIG (10X5), POOL TOWELS ARE INCLUDED. THERE IS A HEATED JACUZZI .
IT IS SURROUNDED BY TERRACES, GARDENS AND BARBECUE.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful family holiday here. The location is great if you have a car (not sure about without) - there is a local supermarket and restaurants a few minutes drive away and we visited Pollenca, Puerto Pollenca and Alcúdia easily on multiple days. Getting there from the airport was also very straightforward.The house itself is lovely, a very modern clean design and layout inside, and everything we needed outside for both kids and adults.Huge bonus was the heated pool, it allowed us to be in it every day at the start of April and made a big difference to the kids’ experience. Katy was really helpful and responsive both before we arrived, and once we were there, resolving a small issue very quickly and answering various questions.Would highly recommend!

The house is much nicer than the photos even . Very high standard inside and everything you could wish for in the kitchen, garden and everywhere tbh . Very modern. Very clean and we had it beautifully wa for 10 days over Christmas ! Only one day without clear blue skies

Perfect family break!

Really well maintained property, perfect for family get away with adult kids and their partners, having 4 spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. Excellent kitchen and living space. Outdoor areas were great with a lovey pool. Great communication from the owner Katy-Mary. Would definitely consider booking again.

A fantastic week

We came as two separate family’s and the place was perfect. All of the rooms are a great size with really good bathrooms. The place was immaculate and really well stocked, the pool was warm and we spent most of our days in it. It was easy access by car in to Alcudia and a nearby waterpark so we had a nice time exploring and then coming back to relax at the villa. We couldn’t fault it. Katy was always on hand to help if needed too. We would love to come back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic stay - fantastic host.

We had 22 days here in August and wish it had been longer. The villa is simply stunning - and was even better than we expected. All the rooms were great and had en suites. All were lovely and clean and with plenty of storage space. We had a few different family and friends stay over the holiday who all had a fantastic time. There was plenty of equipment to cook with when we are in and we were only 15 mins from Alcudia or Pollença if we wanted to go out so the location is perfect. You’re only five minutes from several supermarkets in Sa Pobla for supplies Katy Mary was a fantastic host who was always only a text message away if we had a question or needed help. The pool and hot tub are great and regularly cleaned. There’s also a games area in the garage for the kids to enjoy. We will hopefully be returning someday!

Excellent Villa - perfect for a family

Perfect villa for our family holiday - spacious, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The pool is ideal for young children under supervision as there is a large shallow area where they can happily play. The pictures truly reflect what you get - the best villa we have stayed in and will return. The owner is on hand when you need her.

A beautiful property ideal for group stays

We had an amazing stay here this month - the villa was beautiful and clean, a really well-equipped kitchen and the benefit of all en-suite bathrooms was a huge plus. The pool and outside area was outstanding, brilliant for a group of friends with lots of activities. The hot tub is a brilliant addition too. Katy was super helpful and responsive and an excellent host - we had the best time and hope to be back next year.

We (6 adults in the family) stayed for a week during Christmas 2022. We had to figure things out for a good amount of time into the staying at the villa because the written instruction is not provided - still have not figured out how to light the fire outside next to outdoor chairs. It did not have enough hot water for more than two showers at a time. The additional electricity charge cost more than an additional night’s charge. The main sliding door handle to the pool is way too stiff to open. We recommend it fixed or replaced. We would rather have more essential stuff such as toilet papers, trash bags and cooking oil provided instead of the perk of candies/fruit. It was indeed a modern and clean place. However, the host could have been more clear in dealing with our issues. Written instruction is highly recommended for future guests to use the property.

Our group of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is well equipped and has excellent facilities for both adults and children. The pool is a good size with a shallow end that is great for kids. The check-in/check-out processes were seamless and I would highly recommend this property as a base for exploring Majorca.

This was an incredible find - perfect villa for all the family.

Currently sat at the airport planning our next trip....we miss it that much already! This villa is beautiful and spacious and was perfectly situated for all the day trips we wanted to make. The children lived in the pool and barely stepped foot inside, except to sleep! Katy Mary is a brilliant host from the outset right the way through our visit - just be mindful of the electricity! Amazing modern Villa

We've (family of 9, with children aged 13, 11, 4 and 1) just returned from a wonderful 10 days holiday at this modern well equipped villa. The outdoor area is exceptional with a large pool which the kids loved and a jacuzzi for the adults. The owner Katy is very polite and is on hand to help with any issues. The welcoming basket of fruit was a nice touch, thank you Katy for your hospitality. Car hire is a must to enjoy the local surroundings of Pollenca and Alcudia. The supermarket in Sa Pobla is only a 5min drive and for golfers Pollenca GC is only 8min drive and a must. We couldn't fault this villa and would highly recommend it for a family holiday

House - incredible. Every conceivable need looked after, and then some!! Location suited us for cycling routes - far enough from hustle and bustle of main tourist areas. My sons 5 and 6 years comments were “we love it here”!! Katy is very professional, and hospitalable. On arrival there was a bottle of Cava in the fridge, beers, red wine, a huge basket of fresh fruit!!! Seriously !!! What a place. On the plane on way home and missing it already!!

We stayed as a family of 6 and found everything to be really clean and very spacious. We had a wonderful time and all was very nice. The electric was expensive but we did have a/c on and jacuzzi on all week so I suppose it would be cost us an extra 120 euro but it was cool in the house at all times even when we were out......nice owners.

This villa is stunning: contemporary but comfortable..... it really has the wow factor!

All the essentials are here and much more; with a brilliantly equipped kitchen and utility room. Very spacious with plenty of room for toddlers to run around! Perfect location away from the busier tourist areas but close enough to visit the historic town of Alcúdia, Pollença & Sa Pobla. Great swimming pool excellent for small children as it has a shallow area for paddling in. The Hot tub was amazing. The host Katy was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. Pleasantly surprised with the fully stocked fruit bowl in the kitchen. Truly delightful stay. Would absolutely recommend this villa and would love to stay here again in the future.....

Elegant and modern accommodation

Our family of 4 had a fantastic 9 days at the villa. The owners were very welcoming and answered all our questions. The house is well appointed and every facility was in working order. We had one difficulty with the back door that was sorted out immediately. If we had one criticism it would be that the garden lighting that came on via a timer late at night could disturb our sleep. Great TV system. WiFi worked brilliantly.

Fantastic modern villa !

From the time we arrived at the villa, met by Katy, to our departure, we had a fantastic time. The house is modern, clean, spacious and was perfect for us. We were 2 families (5 kids & 4 adults). It had everything we expected and more. Really nice outdoor area and the saltwaterpool was great with depths going from 30cm til 170cm. Outdoor bbq perfect for making lunsj/dinner outdoors. This vila is highly recommended. We would go back anytime :-) Thanks Katy
