In die Jahre gekommenes Wohnobjekt in guter Lage (Nichts für Allergiker)
Das Wohnobjekt liegt in traumhafter Lage in der Nähe zum Autostrand.
Das Objekt ist jedoch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Im Haus herrschst ein sehr „miefiger“ Geruch, der von einem eventuellen Schimmelbefall herrührt. Zwei kerngesunde Menschen mussten plötzlich nach Betreten des Hauses anfangen dauerhaft zu Husten……
Sämtliche mitgeführten Gegenstände mussten im Anschluss gereinigt werden (nach einem Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten).
Das Alter des Wohnobjektes zeigt sich in jedem Zimmer (Bsp. Bechädigte Deckenverkleidung, defekter Duschkopf, Wasserflecken)
Der Checkin und Checkout verlief problemlos.
Fazit:
Die Gegend ist ein Traum….das Haus wurde durch uns zum Glück nur einmalig als Schlafplatz genutzt und sollte durch die Agentur nicht weiter vermietet sowie schnellstmöglich gründlich saniert werden!
