"Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint was that the Ethernet port was at the bar-height table instead of the desk, which made working remotely inconvenient. I loved that the bathroom was stocked with Dove hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The soap and lotion were mounted in an awkward spot that would be difficult for most kids to reach. The sink pressure was very strong, but the shower was average. The oversized bath towels were a nice bonus. I didn’t use the gym, but it looked well equipped. I had an excellent massage, and I enjoyed having the pool spa completely to myself both days. The restaurant was the biggest disappointment. I called for room service and was told they’d check if someone could deliver it and call me back. After waiting nearly 30 minutes with no callback, I called twice more with no answer. When I went down, the restaurant wasn’t busy. Service was slow both nights, but the food was alright. The hotel staff were friendly and easy to deal with. The location was convenient, with plenty nearby and lots of parking. I also appreciated the security since guest floors require a key card, although visitors need to be met in the lobby - including food deliveries."
