Even Better the Second Time

This was our second stay at this spectacular home in Casa de Campo, and once again, everything exceeded expectations. The house is exceptionally well-appointed and accommodated our group of 12 adults with ease—each guest having their own bedroom and private bathroom made for a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. The views are breathtaking, with a peaceful panorama stretching across the golf course out to the ocean beyond.What truly sets this home apart, however, is the service. The on-site staff, particularly Anna, were attentive, kind, and made sure every detail of our stay was seamless. Ivy, the host, is phenomenal—she arranged for dinner reservations, golf cart rentals delivered before arrival, and was always available and responsive to any questions or requests. Her warmth and professionalism made us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish.The location within Casa de Campo is ideal—just a quick golf cart ride to the beach, the resort hotel, and the world-renowned Teeth of the Dog golf course. While the home is slightly farther from the marina and Altos de Chavón, the central placement and ease of access make getting anywhere within the resort simple and enjoyable.Having visited Casa de Campo five or six times now, I can confidently say this has been one of my favorite experiences yet. I would enthusiastically recommend this home to anyone considering a visit, and I’m so grateful to Ivy for her continued hospitality. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing adventure for the whole family

This property was stunning. From the views to the interior furnishings to the location! We loved everything about our stay here.Anna and staff greeted us at the front door upon our arrival. The first night we stayed in and enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by the staff at the house. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was always superior and we looked forward to each meal. As a family we enjoyed the large table that was able to accommodate all of us. There are so many seating areas around the house to enjoy an afternoon of reading, or lounging. The pool was pristine and our granddaughter loved the shallow shelf and steps - she is really learning to enjoy the water, thanks to 6 days in the Dominican.We ate out 2 of our 6 nights, but if I had my way, we would have eaten at home every night, the food was that good.Make sure you rent golf carts and explore a bit. The marina has some amazing boats and yachts to see, as well as some very good eating spots. There is a small market in the marina as well, plenty of good choices to restock the pantry.We hope to definitely go back to this amazing home in the future.Thank you Ivy, Anna, Leonardo, Carmella and Lele - you all made our trip a huge success!

Amazing week in paradise!

Just spent a fantastic week with our family of 8 and one infant. Costa Verde 3 is a beautiful home with everything needed for a relaxing, luxurious vacation. Staff is phenomenal in every respect preparing delicious meals while keeping the house immaculate and doing daily laundry (pack lightly as you come home every afternoon to folded clean clothes). Golfing at Teeth of the Dog and Dye Four were challenging but well worth it. If you choose to dine out, our favorites were SBG and La Piazzetta. Playa Minitas is a great beach with plenty of chairs/umbrellas as is just hanging out at the villa’s pool overlooking the golf course and Caribbean and enjoying the breeze. Ivy and her team are fantastic and we cannot wait to figure out our next dates and book again.

The location of the villa is perfect. We played golf on 3 different courses, had spa treatments, visited Altos de Chavon and the Minitas Beach Club. The children rode ponies, visited the petting farm and the Marina.Plenty to do for everyone!!

Mi familia!

This is our third stay in 10 years at Costa Verdes 3. The house is fantastic, the view is amazing, but it's the villa staff that makes the trip spectacular! There is a reason this house stays booked. We awoke every morning to coffee and a full breakfast, fresh frozen drinks by the pool and always clean clothes folded on our bed each night. Dinner at the villa is better than any restaurant, but we always go out a few nights to give the staff a break. The location of the house is just a quick golf cart ride away from restaurants at the Beach Club, the Marina and Chavon. We had a total of 10 people, and the villa layout is perfect for 2 families or even 6 couples. Ivy is quick to answer any questions and help in any way. We didn't leave before checking our calendar for the next availability!

Wonderful vacation in a beautiful property with magnificent on premises staff

We chose this property for our annual family gathering. As a point of reference, last year we rented a home in the Four Seasons in Punta Mita and in many respects this was superior. Let me start with the staff. They were wonderful and extremely accommodating. The food was great, varied and timely. The home was exactly as described and very comfortable. And Ivy, the owner could not have been more helpful to me, my wife and our four adult children. Two things to note. We used the recommended grocery and golf cart vendors and while the service they provided was excellent there were issues. The golf carts were old and broke down a couple of times. It was a minor inconvenience and they were lightening fast in resolution but I would be more careful on my next rental to get newer models. As for the groceries, it was very convenient to have everything at hand and very plentiful but Iit was surprisingly expensive. Next time, I will be very specific about what we want (don’t say milk - say two gallons). The grocery store in the community is pretty good and not as expensive as we thought it would be. If you want the convenience of not having to think about getting food - they took care of it.

Dream Vacation

Let me first say what a spectacular home and setting at Costa Verde 3, but even more impressive was the warm and friendly staff of Marcelo, Anna, Lillie, Marta and Lagrazia. We cannot say enough good things about each and every one of them and it was very emotional and difficult to say goodbye to them, as we felt like part of their family from the time we arrived to the time we departed. There were tears for sure and we will miss all of them dearly, especially Marcelo, Anna and Marta. With Marcelo being the lead staff/person he was extremely attentive to our needs and wishes and went over and beyond to make us happy! You need to keep him because he cares and always had a smile on his face!! We quickly grew to love each one of them and they will always be in our hearts! Regarding the accommodations, what more could one ask for! Everything was very clean, comfortable and so much there at our fingertips and the views from every room were breathtaking!! We never wanted to leave the property! It was truly a dream vacation and the wedding went off without a hitch. There are really no words to truly express how this experience has changed our soul and lives, and we have gained new friends in Marcelo, Anna, Marta, Lillie and Lagazia! A very, very special staff you have and we hope to see them again in the future! We cannot thank you enough for all of your guidance, recommendations and kindness during the booking process and during our stay. Thank you Ivy (:

Have been to CdC 13 straight years. This villa is undersold in the photos and descriptions. Was a great property. Ivy provides an awesome website to easily order golf carts, make reservation La for various things. I would offer only one word of caution when using a shopper for advanced groceries…be specific. The shopper took some liberties and/or we had some miscommunication, as Martha (chef/cook) felt bad that we had entirely more food than we needed or wanted. Outside of this costly miscommunication, which should be easily avoided, book it ASAP!!

If we could give this home more than 5 stars we would! The house was spectacular! The view was even more breath-taking and amazing to wake up to every day. There was plenty of room for all 11 guests (adults and children). Every room had a view of the water. The chef Marta cooked up the most delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thomas the butler was always attentive and made the most delicious cocktails. Lilly and Carmela made sure everything was tidy and organized so we could really enjoy each moment. We are located right on the water so it made for a beautiful backdrop for pictures. We were 7 minutes from Minitas Beach cluba nd 14 minutes from the Marina which was very convenient. The website the owner provides to order everything from golf carts, boat charters, groceries to restaurant reservations made planning so easy. Ivy was always attentive and helpful. We very much look forward to coming back and staying with our host again!

AMAZING stay! Can't say enough.

I've been to Casa da Campo several times. By far this stay was the best of them all. 1. Ivy was great to coordinate with. Speedy responses if I had any questions. She helped set up food shopping and delivery for the week. We even arrived late to the house on Saturday (flight delay) and she pushed back dinner so we didn't have to eat immediately when we arrived. 2. We were there from Saturday to Saturday. We ate brunch around 11 am (every day) and dinner around 6 pm (5 dinners at the house). Ate dinner out at the beach club one night and Mexican at the Dye Fore area one night. Honestly, the food prepared at the house as amazing so you don't really need to leave the house to eat out. 3. Amazing staff. Ana, Carmella, Lilly, Thomas and Marta are amazing. Top notch. The prepared food was fantastic. Kept all rooms clean throughout the week and even made us drinks. If they stay past 5 pm then it is recommended to provide $40 total for staff to get home. $20-$30/day/per staff as a tip is recommended. They are worth it and you feel like they are part of the family when you leave. 4. House is amazing. Even better than the pictures. Lots of room. Pool was great. Different sitting areas. Even a room to watch TV with A/C. Internet/WiFi was excellent. Several bedrooms with outdoor showers. Bedrooms with good A/C. 5. You feel safe in Casa de Campo. Can walk and take a golf cart anywhere. 6. Gym at the hotel is great. There is a daily fee but if you like to exercise while on vacation then I do recommend the gym. 7. I recommend using Mike's Golf Cart Rentals at Goromana. Ivy directed me to goromana. Very quick responses from Michael. Golf carts were waiting at the house when we arrived. Great golf carts. Nothing fancy like some you see at Casa de Campo but you really don't need anything fancy to get you around. Michael even came mid-week to ensure enough gas in the carts. 8. Staff can do your laundry. I call it the "magic hamper" as your dirty clothes go in and they magically come out clean. They do a fantastic job. 9. Golf is big in Casa de Campo. My brother and I played The Links (I think it's a beautiful course) but the famous Teeth of the Dog is there (the house sits on the 8th hole) and the Dye Fore course is just a cart ride away.

What a house! What a setting!

This is a luxury property experience. When you enter you are immediately welcomed by a spacious, enchanting view of the open, fully appointed house, the pool beckoning just outside, the 8th fairway of the Teeth of the Dog golf course and the crashing waves of the ocean just beyond that. All those views can be enjoyed by no fewer than 10 separate seating and lounging areas that allow for casual and relaxed groupings of your party (ours had 7 adults and 7 children). The pool was perfectly sized for adults and children. The spacious backyard was a bonus for frisbee playing. The staff was attentive, seamless, friendly and nearly invisible (until needed). Meals were abundant, tasteful and varied. Upon leaving, all my family immediately missed the easy, luxury life afforded by the staff. I miss most the outdoor shower in the master suite. Coordination through Ivy and her son was responsive and efficient. By the way, play the golf course as it is spectacular, and our 8th hole is the best! Kids loved the golf cart experience and the first class cornhole equipment. If I have any concern, it is with the Dominican Republic’s opaque monetary system. Bring US dollars, as they are preferred and using anything else, including credit cards, will cost you in the translation. Staying in a private villa within La Romana and Casa de Campo is not an all-inclusive experience, so be prepared for little fees and tipping regularly. This is not a criticism of the house rental, which was completely transparent (except for a few additional staff who appeared at our departure expecting a tip). The Villa is perfect in every way. The view took our breath away. Each of the rooms is clean with a door to a patio with an ocean view. The house is situated in a perfect location with quick access to the hotel area, minitas beach and golf pro shop yet, is on a quiet side street off the main road. Ivy, the owner, replied to my emails immediately and helped guide me to golf cart rentals, grocery and liquor delivery and a masseuse who came to the villa. The pool and hot tub area has recently been upgraded and we spent many hours together enjoying the view and watching golfers pass on teeth of the dog. A coffee tray was delivered to an outside sitting area early every morning (and I missing that luxury now that I have returned home) The staff is wonderful and we had delicious breakfasts and dinner in the villa. We will rent again.

Loved it!!

Beautiful house and wonderful staff! The location in CDC was excellent. Ivy was a great communicator and host. Wouldn’t have changed a thing. We’ve already booked the house again to return!

Many bedrooms to fit all of our families. Very roomy and big rooms and gathering areas. Terrific staff. Loved everything about it and it’s more impressive than the pics on the website. Great pool!

Perfect vacation

We could not have asked for more. The property is perfect, the staff is kind, attentive, and caring. Our family felt at home the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We fully plan on coming back soon and cannot recommend this villa enough! Thank you Ivy for everything!!
