"Staff is so helpful "

"It was not the best when we arrived the staff was not very friendly and I felt like I was bothering them. I said hello to a lot of staff who completely ignored me it was uncomfortable and our room had toenail clippings it was a less then desirable experience, before you book here look somewhere else."

"The place was quite clean, fresh-smelling! The unit held an air of relaxation that was perfect for our weekend getaway. We actually canceled some of our excursions to relax in the rooms. This was our first trip to Hilo and we were surprised at how close we stayed to many of our destinations. Being right off a main road made it super easy to find our way around!"

"Major cross streets within a 10th of a mile grocery store, gas station, Baskin-Robbins Subway McDonald’s Walmart. Easy to get down to the marina and Beach area in the Hilo proper airport close by. Laundry in garage. Modern."

"One improvement would be to change the code from the address so we would feel more secure."
