HERMOSO NUEVO ESTILO DE VIDA BOUTIQUE EDIFICIO PARA DISFRUTAR DE SU PEQUEÑO PARAÍSO. SABBIA CONDOS ES EL MEJOR EDIFICIO DE CONDOMINIOS DE LA CIUDAD. DESDE AQUÍ ES FÁCIL ACCEDER A LA PLAYA (MAMITAS & KOOL BEACH CLUBS). EL FAMOSO 5TA AVENIDA CON TODOS SUS RESTAURANTES ES SOLO UNOS PASOS.

El apartamento fue completamente renovado en un edificio antiguo. La renovación se completó en 2017. El arquitecto logró preservar y restaurar el antiguo encanto, al tiempo que agrega un toque contemporáneo.

El apartamento es totalmente nuevo. Muebles contemporáneos. Inmejorable ubicación sobre el centro de la ciudad para experimentar la vida local. Mucha luz Lleno de carácter. Balcón. Electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable

El piso es minimalista en diseño y mobiliario. El propietario ha puesto allí algunas cosas buenas, por lo que su familia se siente cómoda pero no sobrecargada por los objetos, cuando se hospeda en Playa. Él ha elegido todo lo que ves en el apartamento para que su familia lo disfrute. Espera que también te guste.

El propietario es un artista que ha diseñado el interior y decorado el piso con un gusto exquisito.

Este encantador apartamento de dos habitaciones está ubicado en un bloque tranquilo en el nuevo barrio de Playa del Carmen. .

Se proporcionarán sábanas y toallas limpias. Nuestro baño compartido está equipado con gel de baño, champú y acondicionador iniciales. Nunca tuvimos mascotas en el apartamento.

Siempre mantenemos el apartamento impecablemente limpio.

Estacionamiento: Los huéspedes pueden estacionar gratis en cualquiera de las calles. Hay un estacionamiento en la entrada del edificio de forma gratuita en un estacionamiento asignado.

Seamless spotless great location

Great location near touristic but also near local amenities. Good interaction with concierge. Nice industrial design, spacious, clean. Will recommend and come again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we enjoyed the service the agent provided, the apartment had problems that never were fixed. 1) poor internet, and ONLY in the living room because of concrete walls; they need repeaters2) oven never worked; requested service 2 different times.3) drinking water deliver was spotty. Not sure why they did'nt provide an extra with each delivery.Nice location. Comfortable beds. NOISY dogs in apartment above; dogs woke us up several nights. GOOD location. The company who managed the property were polite and professional; only thing was they never sent anyone to fix the over (after a quirky event where it worked for 3 mins)

I prefer 5-star hotels when I travel, and in Playa del Carmen have always stayed at Hilton, or Hyatt but I was going to be in town for a while with my family and wanted something a bit larger and cheaper. However, a few years ago I tried another apartment but was very disappointed. On this trip, I was absolutely pleased. The apartment has just been fully renovated to a very high European standard, the size is massive, the furniture is new and quite comfortable, the kitchen was perfect. And the owner arranged for daily cleaning at a very low charge - which was an unexpected but greatly appreciated. This apartment compares well, in some ways better, than the 5-star hotels. The apartment had been beautifully renovated. A new king size bed in main room provided a very comfortable nights sleep. Large 55 inch flat screen tv provided a comfy night in. Spa bath in main bathroom was lovely. Easy flat 5 minute walk to restaurants, shopping. Extremely quite wake to sounds of birds. Will definitely be back loved the apartment.

Reviewer Comments: PM arranged for a pick up and we were dropped off at the wrong address and had to wait over an hour before we were picked up a redirected to the this condo. Trying calling Luna and the customer service number only to be disconnected MANY times. This was not a great onboarding to say the least.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Property description was totally accurate. The layout and amenities were what was described in the add. It was clean and we had weekly cleaning provided. The management company was available by email for any requests for water refill etc. We did totally enjoy the restraunts 5 star in proximity and laundry facility just minutes away. A short walk to the beach and of course the famous 5th Avenue. Location was a key factor for our choice and this met all requirements.
