"They supposedly wash the sheets and switched them out but we found a piece of hair that I think was from in the groin area with hair with lice. Luckily we checked the bed before jumping into bed. The floors going into the rooms were filthy and had crumbs everywhere. I personally didn’t feel comfortable wearing no shoes in the room itself. The rooms have a sore smell/stench. There was a yellow stain on the wall which I didn’t want to look at it too much before getting very disgusted. We only booked due to just needing a 1 night stay for only a few hours of sleep. When we mentioned the front desk about the hair with a big issues, she immediately apologized and switched us rooms. She was very kind and understanding. However it’s one of those things that you get what you pay for. We have stayed here about 3 times but this last time has done it and we won’t continue to stay here anymore."

"Our experience at W Seattle recently was extremely disappointing to say the least. During breakfast, a waitress made an error with our order. Instead of correcting it, she reported to her manager that we had used foul and abusive language—an allegation that is completely false. The situation escalated when the restaurant manager came directly to our table and confronted us with this accusation without making any effort to verify the facts. Being approached and accused while other guests were watching, was both shocking and deeply humiliating. We felt compelled to leave our meal unfinished and check out of the hotel. The experience was distressing enough that I later became physically ill. What is most concerning is the complete lack of accountability afterward. We requested a call from the GM, weeks have now passed despite our efforts to follow up, yet we have received none. This was not simply a service mistake—it involved a false accusation, and the situation was handled unprofessionally at a management level, followed by a total failure to follow up. For a globally recognized brand, this reflects a serious lapse in professionalism and care for their loyal customers. Until this is properly addressed, we cannot recommend staying here."

"I messaged the hotel about putting a mini fridge in our room and was delighted when they told me they would put one in prior to my check in which was perfect considering I needed it to store breastmilk, so it was very important that it be cold enough and ready to go asap. This was my first time away from my baby and I was very nervous about the pumping situation and storing everything, I thought I had it all figured out! Unfortunately when I checked in, the employee at the front desk told me to let her know if there was a fridge in the room because"

"Food options were very pricy, but the amenities were amazing. The gym/fitness center was the best equipped I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Parking was very convenient and the location of the hotel could not be beat. There was so much to do and plenty of places to shop and dine at within walking distance. The woman who checked us in was very kind and answered all of my questioned efficiently. We look forward to our next visit."
