"The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom very clean, desk staff friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit of a pain because it was a busy weekend when I was there, but it’s probably always that way since it’s near O’Hare. "

"The shuttle was an essential service. Thank you. The kitchen was well enough furnished to prepare a few meals. The coffee in the room was much better than the coffee in the lobby. And the proximity of a food and drink source gave me close access to sandwiches and breakfast items, cheaper than what was on offer in the hotel."
