"Very nice and historical hotel. One of the nicer ones I’ve stayed at, room was clean (although kind of small), gym was great, overall great experience. Not many amenities otherwise, no pool or breakfast, yes restaurant in lobby."

"It's nice that it's close to the convention center but there was a lot of confusion when checking in. When pulling up we weren't sure where to go to check in BEFORE parking; so we went straight to park and take the walkway over BUT the doors to get in to Sonesta were room key locked so we had to go back outside and around to get in. I get it's a security thing but it would have been nice to know where to pull up before parking. Only other issue was it felt like some areas were cleaner than others. As well as the room having a peculiar smell. Overall comfortable with the stay."

"The staff was polite and personable; very impressed! The hotel was clean and construction being done was clearly marked and barricaded. The room was clean and the updated bathroom was beautiful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Columbus."
