Really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was delicious. The coffee was OK. They could definitely use some flavored creamers or syrups, but the dinner was amazing and the bartender was friendly. All the staff made me feel safe.

"The location of this hotel is awesome. A lot of local attractions, including the Plaza, are only a short walk away! The facility is quite large with plenty of parking (paid parking only … but, reasonable at $10 per day). The lobby is spacious and serves complimentary tea/coffee 24/7. Rooms are reasonably spacious with most of the basic amenities. Tea drinkers are at a slight disadvantage since the rooms have a Keurig with only coffee pods. Even the lobby has limited options for tea bags."

"The resort fee is very confusing. I researched this property before my stay. There were many comments on the resort fee including free drinks at their bar. When I asked about it, I wad told that the hotel lost their liquor license even thought they had a bar that was still in service. They said that we could enjoy sodas as a consolation. There was also a time that I inquired about their laundry room. The person at the front said the change machine was broken but they keep plenty of quarters at the desk. Later that day I decided to do my laundry. I went to the front desk and asked to get some change for a bill so I could do my laundry. They said they didnt have any quarters. When I tried to explain my interaction earlier thay day, she interrupted me and threw her hands up saying "we ran out, there's nothing we can do". I feel very grateful that the Land of Enchantment was truly enchanting because I still left my vacation completely happy with my overall time in New Mexico."

"The staff was great. Our room was amazing! And the breakfast was one of the best I've had before. I will definitely be staying there again. The only downside was the pool wasn't open. They were waiting for the inspector to give the go ahead."
