We booked last minute due to our flight being delayed. The hotel staff, including the shuttle drivers, front desk staff and security at the entrance were very professional, kind and welcoming. The room was extremely clean and modern, yet homey. The bed was very comfortable. We stumbled upon it by chance and will probably go back, when we visit NYC in the future!

I was disappointed with my stay because the housekeeping staff did not change the bed sheets. For a hotel of this caliber, this basic standard of cleanliness should never be overlooked. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures better attention to hygiene in the future.
