The room was extremely small. Bath was so small you could not even turn around in the bathroom. AWKWARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. Door to room make a horrible scratching sound when opened. Needs to be readjusted. Staff was very pleasant and responsive to requests. Will never stay there again.

Location is good. However, the hotel is not well maintained. In my opinion, it's overpriced with what you're getting. We had an issue with the shower, getting clogged. We were trying to get ready for a funeral and this really put us behind Dissapointed. They ended up moving us to another room.

Very convenient to 72nd Subway stop, and Central park. Extremely tight quarters/stairs/bathrooms.

Upon arrival the Manager greeted me with a pleasant hello. Even though check in was at 3pm he allowed me to check in at 11:00 am, and like that wasn’t enough, he gave me an upgrade on the room. Will definitely come back to this hotel in the near future. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
