"Clean room, nice breakfast, next to the Bryce national park"

"Room was clean. Road was horrible. Snow was not shoveled, black ice in front of the office. Property was unkept. Ice was underneath snow everywhere. My husband fell, hit his head on the black ice and had concussion. There was no snow on the main road just the road leading to the property."

"Overall it was a great stay. It was really cold and the heater couldn’t keep up but beside that a very responsive staff. Would stay there again. Clean rooms. "

"What stood out was that our family had a great time being together. The directions to find the home were very good. The location was perfect for our destinations, Zion and Bryce Canyons. The beds were comfortable and there was enough seating for all at the table. The big screen tv was great. However, the home is in need of some deferred maintenance and the kitchen needs more silverware. "
