Modern and comfortable villa for 4 people completely renovated with top quality materials, located 5 minutes by car from the beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro.

Villa Mariona is a beautiful and bright villa in which to enjoy comfort and tranquility in the northern part of the island. It has 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a spacious living room. In the outdoor area we find a large terrace, a garden area with a swimming pool and entertainment for the little ones.

Distribution

The house is distributed on one floor, just at the entrance there is a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable sofa and television, next to the living room is the modern fully equipped kitchen with views of the garden and the pool. The three bedrooms are spacious and bright, all of them with bathroom en suite and with access to the garden.

In the outdoor area, we have the terrace with several sofas and a table to eat and enjoy a pleasant family dinner al fresco. The garden, which surrounds the entire grass house, stands out for its 12x4 m saltwater pool, next to it we have comfortable sun loungers where you can sunbathe while the little ones enjoy jumping on the trampoline or playing football. There are also several fruit trees at the rear of the house.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
