"Our room and overall experience was amazing. Our concierge Bryan was very accommodating and helped us with everything from getting a taxi to making a plethora of recommendations for us to try. The room was spotless, the shower pressure and lighting (for makeup) were great, and the best part was the view! Waking up to the sound of waves crashing on the stunning private beach, relaxing to epic sunsets and enjoying the food and cocktail offerings at the different restaurants made this stay perfect for the birthday that we were celebrating. "We did get a partial view ocean room but after having to remind them about our reservation because they gave us a different room than what we booked. The service is bad, staff is lazy not worth the money you spend. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, what the online reviews say are true and they are bad!"

"We loved our stay at Renaissance. We definitely recommend the all-inclusive option. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming (shout out to Thalia, who helped us with a car rental!). There were always chairs at the beach. The grounds are beautiful, and the location is great for walking to town (though, you'll want a car to get to any of the amazing beaches on the island). "
