Beautiful and typical apartment in Puglia for four people of about 70 sqm in the heart of Monopoli's historical centre, just in front of the famous ancient square of Piazza Garibaldi. This apartment is standing only 5 minutes by walk to the sandy beach of Porta Vecchia and 400mt away from the other Monopoli’s beaches.
The property has been totally restored with really high standards and furnished with tailor made details and interiors. Its a little delightful apartment ideal for a romantic stay for one/two couples or family with one/two children.
The apartment consists of a large living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge, and a comfortable sofa, a master bedroom with air-conditioning and TV, a second bedroom with two single beds which can form a double with air-conditioning and a bathroom with sink, Wc, bidet, a large shower and a washing machine.
The apartment is on the first floor and hasn’t a lift. The staircase is comfortable and suitable for children and adult people.
