There is a private entrance, grass walkway, in the rear of the residence with an outdoor patio. The Lower Deck is Centrally Located in the Heart of the Smith Mountain Lake "Hub", conveniently located near restaurants, boat rentals, water sporting stores, music venues, Bridgewater Plaza for shopping, Westlake Shopping and Boutiques, Mariner's Landing Golf, and the Smith Mountain Lake State Park. Guests will find themselves near all the community amenities of an amazing full size "Community Pool", Community Lake Access with Boat Ramp and Dock, Pickleball and Tennis Courts, while staying in a comfortable, quiet, fully accessorized home. The Lower Deck is decorated in a "water theme" that is both roomy and comfortable. Accommodations include living room, separated bedrooms and kitchen area. Tidy, convenient apartment was perfect for our family. We needed overflow space for a family getaway and this was ideal for a couple.
