The staff were friendly, kind, and well-trained, making sure every need was met with a smile. The property is spotless, with beautiful decorations that showcase Elvis's iconic style. The food was amazing, and the entertainment options were unbeatable. From the lobby to the bar, restaurant, and even the cleaning crew, every detail was meticulously taken care of. What truly sets this place apart is the sense of community it fosters. As an Elvis fan, I felt like I was part of a special family, sharing memories and love for the King with fellow enthusiasts. "This was our first stay here and it was excellent!! The entire staff were helpful and pleasant! The nice man who helped us get parked and go over to the garage was so nice! I’m sorry I don’t remember his name - he found me an electric scooter to use and went to the parking garage to help my husband!! If you want to stay at a perfect hotel, the HU is it!!"

Front desk staff got us check in/out with no mishaps Housekeeping did not disappoint at all. dinning Staff very polite &attentive we had William as our server and he made us feel like home away from home very catering and down to earth. Made our experience even greater it’s a must we visit again overall hotel experience 10/10"
